Any
candidate submitting false/forged/fake certificate will be debarred
from admission to any course in any college for three years. If
he/she is admitted, his/her admission will be cancelled. Such cases
will be notified to all Colleges.
Applicants for admission based
on sports should submit registration forms available in the Sports
Department on payment of Rs. 20/-. The sport based on which he/she
wishes to be considered for admission must be specifically mentioned
at the top of the form. Separate forms should be submitted for
separate games. Only those candidates who have played inter-zonal
or higher at the school level in the last three years will be eligible
to undergo trials for admission based on sports. Detailed guidelines
in this behalf are available in the Sports Admission Form. Please
note that 20% of sports seats are reserved for women .
The trials, etc for various
games shall be held immediately after the last date of submission
of forms. Details of the trials will be notified on the College
Notice Board and the Sports Department Notice Board.
Extra-curricular Activities Top
Admission based on proficiency
in Extra-curricular Activities, namely Dramatics, Music, Debating,
Quizzing will be conducted by the Extra-curricular Activities Committee
(ECAC) on the basis of trials and interviews. Candidates who wish
to seek admission in this category should fill up the ECAC admission
form available in the College Office and attach the relevant documents.
Admission will be made based on trials. To qualify for trials a
candidate must possess and show evidence of participation records/testimonials
in State/Zonal/Inter-School activities (or undergoing professional
training from recognised institutes). For exact details of time
